Introduction

I Built an AI Creative Strategist That Turns One Product Into a Full UGC Ad Campaign, In Minutes

There's a moment every marketer, founder, and creator knows too well: you have a great product, a platform to post on, and absolutely no idea what the ad should actually say.

You open a blank doc. You stare at it. You write "POV: you just discovered the best serum ever and immediately delete it.

Hours disappear into research, who's the audience, what's the hook, what's the script, what do I even tell the AI video generator to make this thing look real. By the time you have something usable, half the day is gone and you've made exactly one ad.

So I built UGC Ads Research Studio, on AI creative strategist that does that entire research-to-production pipeline for you, in minutes, from four simple inputs.

Problem & Idea

The Problem: Great Products, Slow Creative and The Idea: Four Inputs In, A Full Campaign Out

The Problem: Great Products, Slow Creative

UGC-style ads are the backbone of performance marketing right now. TikTok, Reels, Shorts, the format that wins is the one that doesn't look like an ad. But producing genuinely good UGC creative means doing a lot of invisible work before a single frame is shot:

  • Who is this actually for, and what do they secretly worry about?

  • What's the one line that stops the scroll in the first two seconds?

  • What's the script, not just words, but camera direction, B-roll, on-screen text, pacing?

  • What do you even type into Veo, Kling, or Runway to get something that looks intentional instead of generic?

Most people either skip this thinking entirely (and the ad flops), or they spend hours doing manual research that a strategist would normally charge a few hundred dollars for. I wanted to close that gap completely, not with templates, but with an AI that actually reasons about the product like a strategist would.

The Idea: Four Inputs In, A Full Campaign Out

I designed the tool around one rule: the user should barely have to think.

You give it:

  • Product name (required)

  • A URL or short description (optional, it can infer the rest)

  • Target platform (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)

  • Campaign goal (Sales, Leads, Brand Awareness, App Installs)

That's it. No fifty-field brief, no "define your target persona" homework. The AI takes it from there and infers everything a strategist normally would: the customer avatar, their pain points, their desires, objections, buying triggers, the product's USP, how to position against competitors, and the right brand tone of voice for that platform.

Analysis & Production

From Analysis to Production-Ready Assets

From Analysis to Production-Ready Assets

Once the strategic groundwork is laid, the tool moves straight into execution:

UGC Scripts: Pick a creative angle (Problem-Solution, Storytelling, Testimonial, Founder Story, Comparison, and more) and a duration (15s, 30s, or 60s), and it writes a complete, scene-by-scene shooting script: dialogue, camera direction, B-roll suggestions, on-screen text, sound cues, a ready-to-post caption, and multiple CTA variations to test.

AI Video Prompts: For every major AI video generator, Veo, Kling, Runway, Seedance, Pika, Hailuo — it writes a tailored, production-ready prompt: shot type, camera movement, lighting, environment, subject appearance, expression, action, dialogue, sound design, and cinematic style. No more guessing what makes these tools output something that doesn't look like a demo reel.

And because I don't just want content, I want content that's likely to convert, every single output comes with a short note explaining why it should work, grounded in actual marketing psychology and direct-response principles, not vibes.

Then I Took It One Step Further

Writing a great prompt is only useful if you can actually turn it into a video. So I connected the tool to Higgsfield, so that once a video prompt is generated, you can ask it to create the actual UGC video right there, capped at 10 seconds and 720p for fast, low-cost iteration. If Higgsfield isn't connected yet, it tells you plainly instead of failing silently.

That was the real goal from the start: not another prompt generator that hands you a wall of text and wishes you luck, but a tool that walks all the way from "here's my product" to "here's a video I can actually post."

Why I Built It This Way

I'm a product designer by trade and a storyteller by passion, and both of those instincts shaped this tool as much as the marketing logic did:

  • Minimal input, maximum output. Every extra field is a reason someone abandons the tool. Four inputs, full campaign.

  • Show your work. Every hook, script, and prompt comes with the psychology behind it, because a creative tool that can't explain why isn't a strategist, it's a slot machine.

  • Fast feedback, not one big wait. Each section generates independently, with regenerate buttons everywhere, so you're never stuck starting over because one thing didn't land.

  • Dark, premium, unmistakably a tool for people who make things, because the interface you work in shapes how seriously you take the work.

My Experience

Try It

If you're a marketer, founder, creator, or agency who's tired of the blank-doc problem, this is built for you. Drop in a product, pick a platform and a goal, and watch a full creative strategy, angles, hooks, scripts, and shoot-ready video prompts, build itself in front of you.

Creative research used to take hours. Now it takes as long as it takes to type a product name.
